BLDC

Holtek’s HT32F65230/HT32F65240 combine  an ARM® M0+ core with advanced analogue features like Comparators, Operation Amplifiers and ADC. The dedicated Motor Control Timer make it suitable for BLDC applications. Holtek offers a BLDC Motor Workshop which includes dedicated BLDC Evaluation Boards, FOC Algorithm Library and a PC Software.

Music Synthesizer

Holtek’s HT32F61357 is the full featured member of the Music Synthesizer series. Its ARM® M0+ core runs at 48MHz and is supported by the integrated wave table synthesis function with 32 parallel channels with a MIDI engine for control. The Wave Table synthesis waveform data including instrument tone, MIDI scores, voice, sound effect, etc., are stored in the internal SPI Flash Data Memory (128Mbit). For an easy start Holtek offers a workshop with evaluation board and PC software for MIDI configuration and sound handling and tuning.

Holtek’s HT32F50343 brings USB 2.0 full speed capabilities for 5V designs based on an ARM® M0+ core. It provides 64 KB of embedded Flash memory for code/data storage and 12 KB of embedded SRAM memory for system operation and application program usage. A variety of peripherals, such as Hardware Divider DIV, PDMA, ADC, GPTM, PWM, SCTM, BFTM, CRC-16/32, RTC, WDT are also implemented in the device.

Holtek’s HT32F57352 provides 128 KB of embedded Flash memory for code/data storage and up to 16 KB of embedded SRAM memory for system operation and application program usage. The Cortex® M0+ core is running on 60MHz.

A variety of peripherals, such as USB2.0 FS, PDMA, AES-128, Hardware Divider DIV, CRC-16/32, RTC, WDT, ADC, CMP, DAC, LCD etc., are also implemented in the devices.

Holtek‘s HT32F22366 is a high performance, low power consumption 32-bit microcontroller based around an Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor core running up to 96MHz.

A variety of peripherals, such as CRC-16/32, AES-128/256, USB2.0 FS, SDIO, EBI and Smart Card can be found around its CMOS Sensor Interface (CSIF):

  • Up to 2048 × 2048 input resolution
  • Supports 8-bit YUV422 and Raw RGB formats
  • Up to (fHCLK/3) MHz input pixel clock frequency
  • Multi VSYNC and HSYNC settings for image capture
  • Hardware window capture function
  • Fractional hardware sub-sample function
  • Dual FIFOs each with a capacity of 8 x 32 bits which can be read by the PDMA or CPU

Several power saving modes provide the flexibility for maximum optimization between wakeup latency and power consumption, an especially important consideration in low power applications.
