Nuvoton Launches NuMicro® NUC029 Series Microcontroller

Nuvoton Launches NuMicro® NUC029 Series Microcontroller designed for industrial control applications. The NUC029 series MCU is based on Cortex-M0 with 16 KB – 256KB Flash and 2 KB – 20 KB SRAM. It features rich peripherals, high power management integration and high scalable features.

Nuvoton® NuMicro® NUC029 series is a new microcontroller product line that designed for industrial control applications. NuMicro® NUC029 series provide robust immunity and strong anti-interference ability (ESD up to HBM 7KV / EFT 4.4KV). NuMicro® NUC029 series can operate with 2.5V ~ 5.5V operating voltage, -40°C ~ +105°C temperature range, 24 MHz ~ 72 MHz operating frequency, 16 KB ~ 256 KB Flash, 2 KB ~ 20 KB SRAM, equipped with high performance with plenty peripherals such as 12-bit ADC, UART, PWM, SPI, I²C…etc. Specific parts support hardware divider, comparator, USB 2.0 full-speed device bus. NuMicro® NUC029 series provides diverse packages (TSSOP20, QFN33, QFN48, LQFP48, LQFP64, LQFP128) to meet customer’s product requirement. NuMicro® NUC029 SEE / LEE / SGE / LGE / KGE are enhanced with USB 2.0 full-speed crystal-less device feature to reduce BOM cost and physical size of end-product.
