Ineltek Gmbh Cancellation Policy
Ineltek Gmbh accepts order cancellations via its Web shop subject to the terms outlined below.
· Contact a Sales Representative by Tel: +49 7321 93850 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org to request authorisation to cancel an order.
· Orders can only be cancelled if the item(s) has not shipped from the warehouse.
· Items that are in transit from our supplier are unable to be cancelled.
· Items that are not accepted for cancellation by our supplier under their Terms & Conditions cannot be cancelled.
Ineltek Gmbh Returns Policy
Ineltek Gmbh accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below.
· Contact a Sales Representative by Tel: +49 7321 93850 or Email: email@example.com to obtain a Return merchandise Authorisation ( RMA) prior to returning any product.
· Any merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
· All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the RMA authorisation.
· Return freight charges must be paid by the buyer.
· Returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging and must be in a resalable condition.
· Defective merchandise is subject to manufacturer testing. Merchandise that is confirmed as defective is accepted for replacement or repair only.
