The A43L2616B, is pin compatible with all industry standard 4Mx16 SDRAM - suppliers and is available in extended temp range –40/+85 dgr. The package available now is TSOP54 and CSP54 will be released shortly.

 

With the release of the A43L2616B, AMIC offers a die shrink 0,11um, 3.3V, available in 143Mhz.
