Both the 4M and the 8M SPI flash, are 3.3V, with 4K byte UNIFORM sector and with high speed clock rates UP TO 85Mhz!

Expected 2008:

AMIC will continue to supply the full range of SPI Serial Flash, (Boot sector) and will create the UNIFORM sector version for SPI Serial Flash from 512K up to 32M during 2008. All parts will support Dual I/O, as well. SOP8 (150 mil) for all types will be introduced next year.
